Auto-To-Do-List is a Chrome extension built for internal use at Makers Academy. This page explains what data the extension accesses and how it's used.
Auto To-Do requests read-only access to your Google Calendar (the calendar.readonly scope). This is used solely to detect when a meeting on your calendar starts, so the extension can generate a relevant to-do checklist for that meeting.
All data - your calendar events, generated to-dos, and any customizations you make - is stored locally in your own browser, using Chrome's built-in extension storage. Nothing is sent to any external server operated by us or any third party. Your calendar data never leaves your own device except for the direct, read-only request made to Google's own Calendar API to check for events.
Data is retained locally for as long as the extension is installed. Uninstalling the extension, or clearing its storage, removes all locally stored data. You can revoke the extension's access to your Google Calendar at any time via your Google Account permissions.
We do not sell, share, or transmit your calendar data to any third party. The extension has no analytics, tracking, or advertising components.
